Erik: Since we last spoke a year ago, what's been the most exciting thing to happen in
your life?
Richard: So on a professional basis, I think we've spent about 18 months, basically re-architecting
from the ground up. It's probably the most -- on one end of the spectrum the most exciting
thing we've ever done, and at the other end of the spectrum the most boring thing we've
ever done, because it's exciting, because it means we can do a whole load of things
that we couldn't do before, but boring in a sense that we couldn't do anything else
while we were doing it. We could be completely focused on doing that. We've rebuilt all of
the software. We've rebuilt all the backend. We've rebuilt all -- we re-launched the website
late last year. We've just rolled out the final pieces of that. So in a sense it's tremendously
exciting because of what it enables us to do and actually 2011 is probably our biggest
and most ambitious year to date in terms of the things that we've got lined up. So the
last 12 months, its been about the promise and kind of meeting that inflection point
now, and we're starting to see some of those things kind of get released, and that's all
very, very exciting. It was about potential, the last year, I guess.
