Hello, I'm Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Red leaf is really
nice, today I'm using Romaine, which is fine but you pretty much have to take the spine
out, and the reason is these are delicate, so you're going to be rolling the zucchinis
and you want to be sure they don't break. So, see the spine, or I'm not sure what this
is called. I always call it the spine and I want to take that out. Okay, dill. This
is pretty important. It's actually kind of my secret ingredient, which I tell everybody,
so I don't know what that means but I just think when you discover something great you
need to share it with the world. So this stuff is wonderful. I don't know why it's not used.
