Hi I'm Ann Brashier or expertvillage.com and I'm going to be taking you through a 4 course
vegetarian meal my background is as message therapist working with sports medicine. I've
worked a lot with athletes and I worked a lot with dancers a lot of people who have
concern about eating healthy and making sure that fuel there body with lots of activities.
Also as a vegetarian for 6 years I'm really concern about from where my food comes from
how it gets processed and how it gets cooked. So today we're going to be making a meal starting
with a cucumber carrot salad, a tofu vegetable stir fry with a coconut rice, and for dessert
a pineapple cheesecake. All which are vegetarian and all which use local and organic ingredients.
