Hello, my name is Mihaly Fabok and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. We are talking
about white wines, how to serve, how to enjoy. Some wine you have to enjoy it when the wine
is fresh and young and some wine has great aging potential like the natural preservatives,
the alcohol, the acidity, the tannin, the flavor of the wine. So some of the wine is
light bodied, fresh, fruity, even can be rich but it hasn't got too much aging potential.
For example many of the white wine made by reductive technology means it was fermented
and aged only in a stainless steel tank. To keep the primary fruity flavor and aroma we
have to enjoy this wine when it is one or two years old maximum. But if you have a nice
full bodied wine which was aged in the oak barrel and the wine is full bodied, rich,
aromatic, you can keep this wine up to five, ten, fifteen years depends on the quality,
the grape variety, the wine making technique.
