Today, Strange inventions from the past.
Number one.
This is the early GPS, a role card that scrolls at a rate depending
on how fast the car is moving.
It was invented in 1932 by an unknown man.
Number two.
This futuristic looking mask is actually quite simple:
a piece of plastic rolled up to protect peoples faces from snowstorms.
It was invented in Canada in 1939.
Number three.
Invented in England in 1938, this gas resistant stroller was built to withstand anything.
One may ask, why you would want to walk around with your baby during an attack. Whatever.
Number four.
This is physicist E. E. Fournier d'Albe in 1912,
with his invention the "Exploring Optophone" in an attempt turn light into sound
as an aid for blind people. Did it work? Well... not really.
Number five.
Lastly, this is a modified Colt 38
that has a small camera attached to it that takes a picture each time the trigger is pulled.

Weird, right? The contraption was invented in 1938 in New York.
