She pointed to the most popular movie of all time to get her message across.
JOHNSON: I saw, recently, the movie "Avatar" and I love the image there
of how everyone had a long tail, a pony tail of fibers that could connect them
with their environment. That's the kind of connection we need to have
with our customers.
ANNOUNCER: The two day conference includes sessions with vice presidents
from Starbucks and Amazon and the founder of Craigslist.
