Alright we've flipped the, our pieces of steak over and we can really see how the salt and
pepper, this will definitely be the dominant flavor of this dish, even though we're going
to add Dijon mustard and white wine to this. Now, depending on your tastes will depend
on how long you want to cook this for. I'd cook it about two minutes a side, but I like
mine about medium rare. Alright, we're going to go ahead and remove the steak, but we're
going to save the oil. Because in this oil we're going to be sauteing our garlic and
onions. We're going to let these break down for a little while and then we're going to
add mushrooms. And over the top we're going to add another tablespoon of salt and pepper.
