So, we're back at the ironing board, and I have put this together, sewn this together,
and now we're going to press the seams open and do another important bit of ironing after
I do that. So I'm pressing the seams open here. While
I've got the wrong side of the fabric here, another
thing that I need to do for later, is I need to fold this end just slightly,
because this will help me seam the lining, the bottom of the lining, uh, later, when
I put this together. So, I just folded it over just enough - I
don't know if you can see this or not - but I folded it just enough here so that there's
a little fold over there. And now I'll do this with the other one.
And...that. And that, and that, and fold this one over
too. It's very slight, something like a quarter of an inch at the most.
This really really helps later in the construction process.
Okay. So that's done. Okay, so now we have two pieces like this, and now we are going
to sew these two together, which takes a little special
sewing, so I'm going to show you that next.
