Hi this is Jeff at the Two Wheeler Dealer, today I'm going to talk with you about what
to consider when shopping for a new bike, and which type of bike to purchase. The main
thing is to figure out what type of riding you're going to do and what you'd like to
accomplish as far as your riding. You know, there's definitely two different categories
would be off-road or a mountain bike or on-road would be like a road racing bike, and then
there's many many different bikes that fall in between those two. This bike would be a
prime example of that. This would be considered a hybrid bike or a comfort bike. It's going
to take a few of the aspects of each road and mountain and combine them into a good
recreational use, general purpose bike. They tend to have more upright handle bars for
upright riding position. Usually they come with an adjustable stem as well as a suspension
fork and suspension seat post. This particular hybrid is equipped with twenty-six inch wheels,
which is the same size as a mountain bike. It would be suitable for light off-road use.
As where you can also get hybrids with a seven hundred seat wheel, which is the same a road
bike, which is going to equate to quicker rolling on the street, however, a little less
durability off-road. And these are just some of the things to consider when determining
which type of bike to purchase.
