When an order arrives in the assembly area
One of Harden's specially trained assemblers
starts the process of transforming a cart
full of parts into a piece of beautiful furniture
While putting together the white wood parts
The crafts person makes fine adjustments
along the way to get the best fit
in every stage of construction
Although time consuming this single person
assembly process helps to obtain consistent
and even construction throughout the whole piece.
Doors, drawers and other moving components are
tested and checked throughout the whole process
to ensure proper fit and function
Dining leaves are sequentially numbered so
that customers will obtain the same perfect fit
as the assembly specialist.
In the case of multi-piece units a
designated team is assigned to put together
the whole configuration.
To ensure the unit meets specified room dimensions
Finally after passing assembly inspection
the piece then receives the Harden burn in
and is forwarded to the finishing department
