I think the best thing about today was the fact that it was so small.
I'm so used to the mega-quarterlies and the big quarterlies that,
you know, you have your great experience with the great crowds,
but this was so small that I felt a good connection with the trainers
and even better development that I can personally use next time I go to teach
a class. - I came to groundworks because
I wanted to up-scale, I wanted to learn some technique for BODYPUMP and also get
acquainted with two programs I don't currently teach, which are BODYATTACK
and BODYCOMBAT. - I just presented a track in BODYPUMP
that I got some really good feedback that I can take to my class on Wednesday
night to make my teaching even better. - I think that you're going to get
a lot out of it. Come prepared, come with some questions, come with an open mind,
and ready to take on some feedback, and just work really hard.
- I absolutely recommend that people pursue groundworks because it's smaller
groups so more individualized attention that way I get to ask as many questions
as I need and also get the feedback I'm looking for, so the smaller class
is just ideal if you're afraid of going to a
bigger setting. Come into a smaller one and get what you're looking for.
- My favorite thing today has been that we get to do the 45 minute formats and then
we got to do a actual general session as well as get feedback right away.
- What's important is our ability to deliver the types of classes
that are going to keep our members coming back again, and again, and again.
DON'T JUST TEACH A NEW RELEASE... OWN IT.
