Hi there. This is Lisa La Barr. I'm a certified nutritionist in Beverly Hills and I'm here
today on Expert Village to show you all about nutrition and talk about it and chit-chat
here and there. I've done this for about ten years now and I really love it and I know
we can have some fun with this. Nutrition is all about lifestyle; helping your children,
helping yourself helping your family, and most importantly feeling great about everything.
And that's what I do, that's what I bring to my many, many clients that I have, is talk
about their lifestyle and how we can help them. How it can be so much healthier and
how it's something that you can introduce so much easier into your life and little snippets
of information that you may not even know that actually go so much more and longer in
your life and help you out in so many ways. So, basically we're going to talk about all
the healthy things as well as some things that you may not even know about that are
healthy. Talk about things that are at digestion because that's really what I focus in on in
my clinic and with my patients. Because from digestion, everything stems from there and
it makes everything else healthier or not healthy, and that's where it all kind of goes
from there. So, that's what we're all going to chat about today: Health, digestion, good
foods, bad foods, and what it's all about. And I will see you then, take care.
