I was at dog shows and I worked for a dog handler and he taught me how to groom a lot
of the dogs. And my mom had a grooming shop and I used to take her little miniature poodle
out because I liked to groom dogs and it was something I liked and enjoyed doing and I,
didn't really want a regular job, so, it was something that interested me and it sort of,
kind of happened.
I stared the business when I was 19 but I've been grooming and working on dogs since I
was, well, 10 and working at the shows when I was 13.
I had two Boston terriers that I retired and a new German shephard puppy that I'm showing
as well as I show many other breeds from shephards to the Inus, to giant schnauzers, Labs, pretty
much everything we show at the shows for other people. I do that every other weekend or so.
Probably the customers who come in frequently and keep their dogs mantained and are reasonable
about what they want with the dog.
Umm, probably a tidy-up just to keep them so that we clip them to keep them cleanest
for the longest. Most dogs get tidy-ups or shave-downs.
