>> DE: Greenstone Properties is the office developer, we’ll handle the office
component of Avalon. We’ve built collectively four million feet or so in the
Alpharetta market, so we understand this market very well. There will be three
types of office product in Avalon. The first one will be the office loft space above the
retail in the main street of the Avalon development. The second will be two stand-
alone office buildings. The first will be approximately six stories, 150,000 feet and
the third will be a 250 to 350,000 foot building that will be 12 to 16 stories in height.
Basically there’s a menu of options at Avalon for the office user, from the decision
maker to the employee, it will be a totally unique environment not only in
Alpharetta but truly in the southeast.
