What are you going to make for us? Creamy Keema Curry
Ingresients required to make Creamy Keema Curry
Minced Meat, Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Chillies, Onions, Tomatoes, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Coriander Seeds Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander, Fresh Cream, Salt, Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Oil
Take 250 gms of minced meat (mutton) and marinate it in curd (1 cup) for 1 hour
Also add 1 spoon of salt and 1 spoon of red chilli powder into the keema before marinating
Take a pan and heat some oil
Add some cinnamon and some cloves
Add some chopped green chillies
Add a cup of chopped onions
After the onions are a little fried, add 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste
Add a cup of chopped tomatoes
Fry for awhile
Add some turmeric powder
Add one spoon of red chilli powder
Add some salt as required
Add the marinated minced meat (keema)
Close the lid and cook for 2 mins
Add 1 tbsp of coriander seeds powder and 1 tbsp of garam masala
Add some coriander leaves
Close the lid and cook for another 2 mins
Take it into a serving bowl
Add some fresh cream over the Keema. Garnish with some coriander
