Designers don't really think in words. They think in pictures and materials and colours.
I'm looking for something that would connect me with the Manzanilla sherry and the Glenmorangie whisky.
Is there something there? Some hidden little story, some hidden little shared nuance
that we didn't know about that brought the two together?
My advice to everybody when they're uploading images is to go with the images that they have found fascinating themselves.
The images that tell me stories, that take me to a place or a time, those are the images that I think will be the inspiring ones.
I'm fascinated to see what we get back. It's almost like I have a design studio full of thousands of people rather than tens.
