Hi, I'm Angela. I live in San Diego,
and I started working with Quicken Loans early last year,
2009, in January, February maybe, and I worked with Quicken Loans through the entire process
of buying of a condo.
With the condominium in the state that it was in,
it did take quite a while for me to finally get an offer accepted on
my beautiful condo. But it was accepted in August,
and being a short sale we had to go through the nasty business of a
short sale so we didn't close until December.
So basically all of last year was spent with Quicken Loans and In-House Realty,
specifically with Andrew Williams and Natalie Stringent ,
both of who were the most amazing,
awesome people to work with.
I was actually kind of sad when it was over because we got along so
well and I heard from them so often and so much.
Natalie must have gone to hundreds of places with me before I found this and
she was probably the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in the industry.
And Andrew, again knew his job extremely well,
made the process extremely easy, everything was done electronically up til the very end when
we had some notary paper signed.
So the whole process was very easy and basically I'm in a place now saving,
I would say almost $200 a month over what I paid in rent and can't
be happier. So if you're sitting on the fence and want to find out how
much you might qualify for, especially with the interest as low as it is right
now, I would definitely give Quicken a call.
