So, as you're getting ready to start massage, you want to turn off your cell phone if you
have your cell phone near you at all. You want to try to get rid of any of those kinds
of interruptions or distractions because you want to focus all of your time on your child
during this time. If you're wearing rings, you definitely want to remove them. You want
to make sure that you have them off so that you won't scratch your child and anything
else you need to do to help you feel more comfortable so, making sure if they're going
to be lying in front of you that you're sitting in a comfortable position to be able to reach
where you need to reach to massage. So, you're not leaning over and causing yourself to discomfort
because your child will feel bad when they're receiving massage. All of that tense stress
and discomfort if you're uncomfortable will come right through your hands. So, make sure
that you're comfortable whatever that is. If it means that they're on their beds sitting
on the side of their beds so you're not leaning over. In this case, I'll sit behind Natalie
so I can reach the areas that I need to reach for massage just make sure that you're comfortable
as well and that'll provide a better massage for both of you.
