So another design element is that there are sometimes strokes that cross at the center
in different ways. Like this character
center, so we divide the opening into two parts by this vertical stroke. So when we
write that it's important to where you place the center stroke. So, that the division actually
kind of supports the character and give it approximately the even left and right portions.
So, I didn't do it that good. So, let me do it over.
There, that is a little better. So, that's a one kind of a division. Here is another
example. Sometimes the division doesn't go either horizontal or vertical, but diagonal.
So here we have the word heart. By the way, that one is center.
