On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how
to make baked chicken with mojo. I went ahead and poured the gravy from the bowl in here
and took out any bony pieces. I'm just taking it and I'm mixing the other stuff in there
like this. Just to brown more and make sure you take out all the little bits from there
that is going to make your gravy nice and brown. It is going to taste delicious, don't
waste anything. Just hold on to it. Let me get something to hold this so I don't burn
myself. See all of this stuff here I like to scrape it all and put it in there. Making
the gravy brown as I'm browning it with the pan bits. It is giving it a nice color so
when you place it on your chicken, you can put this over your rice to. Just mix it up
again going back and forth with. Going to the side to the pan and that should make your
gravy browner.
