Hi this Rich Buccola and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to
make a rotisserie chicken. Alright so we are back and you see, look in two minutes two,
three clips I can have fresh gravy and it is delicious. It is cheaper than buying gravy
that's in your bottle or your jar. It's fresh and it taste great. So the flour should start
to thicken up if you keep it on a nice medium to high flame, kind of stay around a medium
flame and this starts to boil I'm constantly stirring it as it starts boil it will thicken
up and the flour will thicken up and it will taste great and it will be fresh. Fresh gravy
for your chicken dinner here on Expert Village. I'm going to show you it is starting to bubble
and when it starts to bubble its going to thicken up look it is starting thicken up
as we speak. You might just want to try it might be a little bland. So if it is a little
bland, you see it is bubbling up, it is going to thicken right now you might want to add
just a little fresh pepper you see it is thickening up nice and you are going to ads some fresh
salt to this to give it a little flavor because it might be a little bland. Lower your flame
now to a low flame and just give it a good stir you see how it thickens up nice. There
you have it folks fresh gravy.
