This is Francesco and this is Coco de mama
today I'm going to show you how to make fresh fettuccine pasta with
mushroom
Pancetta and Peas
bring a large pot of water to a boil
then finaly dice a half of a medium onion like this
cut 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
and in a large skillet melt the butter
with that 3 tablespoons olive oil add the onions and sauteĀ“
until they became translucent
add the peas
and cook them until they became soft if necessary you can use
a 1/4 cup of water
add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl
in the same skillet render the pancetta
until becomes crispy
like this!
in a different skillet sauteĀ“ the mushrooms with a whole clove of garlic
and make sure that you discard the garlic when they're soft and cooked!
add the mixture with the peas and the pancetta
steer and then
add 1/4 cup of heavy cream
stir together to combine
and your sauce is ready!
add the pasta to the boiling while there a cook for three or four minutes
steering occasionally then drain
and transfer it to the pasta sauce stir together
to combine
and serve it like this! Buon Appetito!
