When speaking to customers on a daily basis, generally I go into calls with a lot of opening
questions, this helps us to understand each business. Also, once I’ve established what
the business does on a daily basis, what size business really, I can then start closing
the customer down on what potential product would be the best for that particular business.
Again very positive, I build a very good repo with my customers and I often find they do
come back after the years and actually go into the calls knowing that I’m going to
come out of it with a sale.
Top selling tip. Organisation, very well organised on a daily basis. Positive mental attitude
and my other top tip would be, when I come in on the beginning of the month, I normally
double my target, the reason for that is to generate more revenue as a business and also
to set my goals as high as possible, and really to prove to myself that I can do it.
