Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make stuffed shrimp. Alright we're back. I just want to show you that the celery's chopped real fine. I tend to like to chop it the way I said and then just work the knife back and forth pushing my celery off, pushing it together and chopping it. Alright so from there I put that in a bowl. I need about a half a cup or a half an onion. So I got a nice medium size onion, just going to cut off the ends like so. Just get this out from here and this is a great meal. I mean this is something if you want to impress the girls too guys. You make this for your lady and you open up a nice bottle of wine they're going to appreciate everything that you did for them cause they're going to know, they're going to taste the love. So half an onion, stay with the lines of the onion. Again, remember don't cut your finger move back. You don't have to cut fancy, you don't have to be like a big chef chop, chop, chop, chop. Just take your time have fun. Cut it one way, turn it, hold it tight, hold your fingers back and chop. You see, if you don't go over the top of the onion you won't cry and if you chop it fast enough, you'll be outta there with no tears. And if you get some tears, throw on a soap opera and this way if someone comes in you could say you were crying over the soap opera. But chop it up fine moving the blade from the back, keeping the tip down, moving the back of the blade up and down chopping bringing your onion in (bringing your onion in). This is a small little cutting board I'm using. Chop it all up, when we come back we're going to keep putting together this stuffing. I'm going to start taking that crab out of that king crab leg. I'm going to show you how to save a little money instead of having to buy lump crab. Come back, stuffed shrimp here on Expert Village.
