"Japanese rei-shabu salad" (Pork salad)
Ingredients about 200g pork (cut thin for shabu-shabu) 1 packaged salad (commercially available) 1 packaged white radish salad (commercially available) "mizuna" (Japanese greens) for garnish
Spread 1 packaged salad on plate, and start boiling on the range.
When brought to a boil, put the pork in the pot, and heat until cooked through.
Heat the pork about 1 minutes.
Then transfer to a bowl of cold water.
To the salad, add the pork. And toss gently.
Repeat the same way, heat the remaining pork, and cold, toss.
Add the white radish salad on top.
Wash "mizuna", trim off ends, and cut up roughly.
To finish, sprinkle with them on top, and serve.
