Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms
with ham and shrimp. So now we have our shrimp stock we want to add the shrimp stock and
the cream to this to make a real nice consistency. So here is what we do. Now that we have our
shrimp and vegetables mixture nice and hot, we want to add some of the shrimp stock to
it. You can judge on how much to use by the consistency of this, you see how it mixes
in; you want a nice sauce consistency. What we want to do is add some cream to that and
I'm going to put this in about medium heat. Again you can just eye ball it here at this
point. You see it is going to be a nice creamy mixture. You see how that tomato sauce and
the color with the cream has really make this wonderful sauce consistency.
