Whoo! Well
You just saw apart of the warrior P90X3.
I'll be right back to talk a bit more about it. See you in a second.
Alright, I'm back. I just finished the warrior work of P90X3.
I only showed you a few
the moves that are in that work out. You're going to hear a bunch of pounding because
the are building a bunch of new houses in the front of my house.
Yah! Warrior is a really good workout. It's one of the workouts that Tony Horton
travels around the world and does workouts with our military
on all the military bases around, around the world. He created that one
specifically for that.
It's not the toughest workout in the program that I've done so for.
I think MMX probably one of the toughest, and the challenge, challenge is extremely tough.
Especially when you set your goals high I like I did the first time.
It was a little bit too I high quite frankly. But now
after you finished these workouts and working out and health and fitness in
keeping a nice and healthy lifestyle
is about 20 percent exercise an eighty-percent nutrition.
so of course the most important thing is
lots of water. Rather you're working out or not. Lots of water. People underestimate
how much, how important water is
in your daily life. You know when your at work and towards the end of the day you
feel really fatigued
and tired and ready to go take a nap?
Most to the time just because you're dehydrated. Alright?
And of course make sure you get enough sleep. that's where I
really have a problem with because I get about four to five hours sleep a night.
Then right after my workouts, right after an intense workout like that,
I need a recovery drink. I need the right on measurement of
potassium and carbohydrates.
And this is what I use. I use the the P90X
results & recovery formula. A perfect blend.
taste like , have you ever had your had Orange Julius? if you've had Orange Julius, it tastes kind like
Orange Julius
That's what I think it tastes like. It's really good. I just mix it up with
water. Once in a while I throw a little bit of creatine in there if I'm lifting or
something like that.
but really good stuff. I drink this within, within 30 minutes of an intense
workout like that. Like I'm doing now
And then, within about an hour or so
I have a good nutritious breakfast. Generally
I'm pretty busy. I'm out the door about that time, about an hour and a half after my
workout
Um, get my coffee ready for the road.
Before I head out the door I drink one of my Shakeology shakes.
A lot of people, I see a lot of health, nutrition and,
and experts and what not, do reviews on various shakes.
And they keep calling Shakeology a protein shake. and they
related it to a protein shake. And its only got about 16 grams of protein in here.
But Shakeology is not just a protein shake
Its a dense nutrition health shake.
It's a full meal in one serving. And a lot of people talk about how expensive it is.
And it is. It's a hundred and thirty dollars a bag retail.
Just over a hundred dollars, $101 I pay
for bag as a coach because I get the discount. And I go through two almost
three bags of the stuff a month with my family.
But it's because the nutrition that's in here, and it's thirty
meals in one bag. So if you look at it like
that, it breaks down to about $4 in
about $4.80 a serving. Four dollars and eighty cents a serving. Depending on what you mix in
with it now. I like rice milk
and almond milk and stuff like that. But you can look at my the videos about
Shakeology.
The important thing I want you to get out of this video is one, P90X is an
unbelievable workout.
Um, program their's science behind this stuff. Tony Horton's been doing this for a
long time when he got started with
Power 90. And you get all these DVD's you get the whole workout. now
there's four different, I told you in one other video, for different schedules.
I'm doing... there's the classic schedule. I don't know if
you can see this. There's the lean schedule, if you want to get lean.
The classic you're going to get, you know depending on your gender,
you're going to get built up a little bit. Then there's the mass
schedule, which is the one I'm doing. I'm trying to build up a little bit. Plus
I get to eat a lot of food. You get to eat a lot when you're trying to build mass. And I love
eating so I'm doing a mass workout. It's a little bit different schedule.
Then you've got the double. The double makes it an hour
work out. For those you like to spend hours in the gym and like to workout for
hours
the double would be good for you. Because these are only thirty minute workouts.
Look at this. It's about, I'm guessing, about 72 73 degrees out here
in Hawaii. I workout in my garage, it's wide open
and I'm sweating like this and that temperature.
In 30 minutes. That's all you need. You don't need to go to the gym and spend hours
at the gym, waiting on a machine.
And the machines are filthy dirty nasty. Even though some people wipe them down,
most people don't.
Um, and I, and I, you know I used to like the gym. And there are certain things about the gym
I do like. I can get everything I need done,
in my garage. I can work it with my little guy. I can work it with my family.
I don't have to commute and drive to a gym. I don't have to pack up my gym clothes and all
that type stuff.
I got everything anybody in the gym (garage). My body gravity, and a few dumbbells, and I got my
pull-up bar.
That's it. Alright? So, I hope this video has been helpful for you.
Remember, exercise is 20 percent the fight. The other percent
is about eighty percent nutrition and lots of water. Alright?
Have a good day. I hope has been helpful for you. If it has, please share it.
And look in the descriptions for some links to some
more information. Have a good day. Bye
