Eppy+one you asked if DUP (Daily undulating periodization)
was a better training routine then why I've used in the past
and I would confidently say yes
so beyond
what my body or how my body has responded
you know, in the last
year since I've been utilizing the program, about 9 months, I've
been able to develop my strength to the most its ever been
I've been able to experience muscle growth
in in a faster manner or just in a more consistent manner than I have in the past
and hell, it's been pretty fun
but from a pure scientific perspective i really think
that DUP goes a long way
in developing the muscular in developing muscles and developing strength
because
it looks at
overall volume
so volume is
reps times sets
times weight
and if you look at that
over the week
by using this model
you're able to life
more, you're able to achieve more volume and when you're able to achieve
more volume and progressively overload the muscles
their naturally going to grow and their naturally going to grow stronger
and I've seen that
every every block of
daily undulating periodization that I've been working through
and I would recommend taking a little deeper dive into it. Thanks.
