be hypnotized? yes awesomeso focus right here focusing all your attention on my finger as
my finger continues to get to your face you can start to remember that relaxation this
time there is no tension in your eyes completely relaxed your eyelids growing even heavier
as if drawn down by a heavy weight then closing and relaxing with each and every breath just
noticing that fluttering in your eyes little fluttering little watering heavier and heavier
and you might try and fight it that's okay because it's easier just to close your eyes
and relax just like that completely relaxed as i countdown from 10 to 0 with each and
every number complexly relaxed: mentally physically and spiritually letting yourself go letting
all the tension and worry from the day just fade away starting with 10 9 feeling all the
muscles from your head to your toe 8 the physical relaxation in your arms and in your legs just
drifting dreaming floating up through your body down through your legs 7 6 allowing yourself
to become relaxed physically mentally and spiritually 4 all the way down with each and
every number just focusing on your breath and letting go of that tension 3 2 like an
ice cube melting into a warm pool of water; letting all your tension go feel that warmth
from the top of your head to the tips of your toes each and every muscle 1 each and every
muscle completely relaxed there we go focusing on your breath whenever you're ready take
a deep breath in maybe holding on to that tiny bit of tension that your body has left
holding it for just a moment until your body can understand that it's okay to breath out
and let go of all that tension giving in to the sensation of relaxation in a way that
feels comfortable to you now Brooke sometimes in our lives there are things that cause worry
or stress they could be big things or little things it could be the hard things in life
of maybe just the small things like getting out of bed some days when it feels almost
impossible but just as you can relax completely utterly mentally physically spiritually relaxed
right now and right here i want you to imagine in the future whenever your feeling relaxed
or maybe you're feeling anxious and you need this sense of relaxation you can pull that
sense back just remembering this nice state of relaxation in fact in the future each and
every time remembering it becomes stronger and easier like a skill we learn so it is
easier and easier to come back to a sense of relaxation whenever you need it you know
of course that you don't have to have your eyes closed in the future in order to relax
your conscious mind can continue to function as normal while your subconscious mind goes
instantly and automatically how to return you to this nice relaxed feeling just like
that very good so we're going to start with 0 in hypnosis there is always a tendency to
go even deeeeper on 0 as were going to 1 becoming more aware of the room and the things around
you returning your awareness back to this comfortable 3 more aware of your breathing
and your heartbeat your pulse your breath returning back to a normal rate coming to
4 almost all the way up you might start to notice a little smile and little grin feeling
happy in a moment not now when i say 5 you can enjoy the nice little grinning little
smiling the sense of happiness that gets even stronger even stronger even stronger opening
your eyes as we come up to *snap* 5 coming up to a non suggestible state awake and alert
all the way up awake and alert so is it what you expect? what did i expect? is it is it
what you expected? yes and no actually yeah
