Children's Day 2013

Indian Children's Day Project 2013 Hey guys. I am Olisângela. My husband Denis and I are missionaries in São José of the Krikati people. I am here to invite you because this is the third year we are doing a Children's Day party here in the tribe. Just that this year we want to expand this to 3 other Tribes. ...to three other groups of people, that are the Gavião people of Pará, the Gavião people of Maranhão and Karajá people of Tocantins. How often does a kid that lives in a tribe have the opportunity to go out and celebrate Children's Day? It is really hard for that to happen. That is why we want to bring a little joy to the children in these tribes! Where many times they never have the joy of getting a present or participate in a little party. Every year our program is...an afternoon of games, afterwards message... ...afterwards a snack, right after the snack we give the presents. And the joy we see in the kids eyes is indescribable! It is hard to describe the way the kids eyes light up in every child. That is why we need your help! And how can you help us? We need donations of presents, and a snack for the kids we are needing that donation too. We need donations for fuel to go get the kids in the neighboring tribes and take them back.
