When I first met Puli, a few childhood memories came back to me.
I am still a great fan of science fiction.
The love of science, of space exploration is all important to me.
I am an engineering graduate myself,
so research and development, technology and innovation is close to me.
I must say, Tibor, the leader of the team was the person who, in my eyes,
represented the belief in Puli’s commitment.
This is something we also have regarding our business goals.
Even though we are in the starting phase of our business, we thought we should offer as much help as we can,
because when Puli meets its goal, through our support we will meet our goal as well.
We will be able to say that we could help Puli when very few were there for support,
and Puli will probably remember us even when much greater sponsors will join the cause, because the team will reach the finish line.
When we first encountered Puli Space and its plans, we had our doubts.
Then we thought, there are so many Hungarian inventors that we can be proud of, but we only have memories of them.
In the meantime, we have the Litracon or Gömböc, inventions that we can be really proud of.
And now something that can be an organic part of our everydays is taking shape.
We know there are many people working abroad in different research institutes, development labs,
and so many things in the world became faster and more comfortable because of someone Hungarian,
but they choose to stay in the background.
We also know there are many companies having their development in Hungary,
because Hungarian education, engineering knowledge and work ethic
build a base that makes it not worth to go to a different place
where workforce might be cheaper, but development is not as efficient, or fluctuation is permanent in the posts.
It also appealed to us that Puli tries to build a community around the team and get both intellectual and financial support through social media.
This is a great tool to spread the enthusiasm.
All these unknown people producing all these developments and results now will be named in a project that actually reaches for the sky.
If Puli really succeeds in reaching its goal,
and we get to the point when the robot takes off and reaches the Moon,
I think we will no believe it for a time.
We are waiting for that special moment when all these plans come true, and we will be happy to be part of them.
