Welcome! I’m Dennis Higgins for Fitness by Dennis on behalf of Expert Village. Now
I would like to talk to you about some neglected body parts; calves are much neglected. There
are three other body parts but we want to center our attention on our calves. They are
one of the most neglected body parts and most people will not even go to the calves but
we learn through research we must treat our calves like we treat our back, shoulder, neck,
everything. Now Suzanne is here to demonstrate a calve workout; what it looks like gently
going up and down, slowly using those calves. Very good! A lot of people have healthy calves
from shoes, pumps, climbing stairs but this is one way of getting your calves in shape.
There is nothing better than a nice fair pair of legs with some nice claves. Now what we
are doing is demonstrating calve work to show you the importance of the calves. You can
zero in on the muscle itself; the calve muscle is a very very good muscle. We just want to
keep our eyes focused on the calve muscle. Now as we wind the calve muscle down, you
are going to have to stretch them out the same way, so I want you to come down Suzanne,
