Things that happen at an animal sanctuary, at El Hogar Pro Vegan
This is Pelirroja (redhaired) who has just had her neutering surgery, and after that she had a small
infection on her lungs that fortunately was only a slight scare. She was hospitalized
and she has already recovered at one of our parks together with Violeta, who is still a little
sick.To her left, this handsome *** is Carlotti.
He is Fran's son (Fran is one of the volunteers of El Hogar ProVegan,)
He was picked up at a park where he had been abandoned. Back then,
he had an infection in one of his eyes which was so severe that the vet had to remove it with surgery. He recently had another infection and he is still being medicated for this and thus he spends
spends the day at one of the parks next to where our Pelirroja is. But our little hen,
feeling better and having this handsome *** as her new neighbor, decided that she wanted to jump the fence
to spend the day with him. We have been checking them;
there is no danger because she has been neutered, but just in case...In any new relationship you must be a little careful and
check them. And their story is going on, as you can see. They are
both getting along very well, and it is a pleasure to see them. They are sunbathing and
earthbathing, one of the pleasures of being a hen and living free of course, because
this is one of the things they cannot do living on exploitation farms of egg and meat
industry. You already know that hens live confined in these places.
. Here, living free, they develop their natural behavior and they try to do the
like digging into the damp earth or sunbathing
at four o'clock in the afternoon. These images are moments of a happy hen and a happy ***.
and a happy ***.You can see this at animal sanctuaries, not at zoos
or on farm schools. You can only see this in places where they are respected and taken into account.
Thank you for cooperating with El Hogar ProVegan and making it possible for them to have these unforgettable moments.
. A world of freedom for all the animals that were exploited in the past and abused
by men. Today, they live the way they have chosen. Thank you.
