welcome back to our kitchen,
today we are going to cook together
double chocolate muffins!
For this recipe we will need:
150gr of flour,
70gr of chocolate drops,
40gr of cocoa powder,
45gr of almond flour,
100gr of butter,
125ml of milk,
a pinch of baking soda,
half a sachet of vanilla flavoured baking powder,
here it is!
an egg,
a pinch of salt,
some pistachios
and some cane sugar.
Ok, we can start the recipe!
As first thing let's mix all the dry ingredients
by sifting them.
let's start with the flour and in the mean time I'll weigth everything.
Now 40 gr of cocoa powder which we already weighted
so we sift it.
45gr of almond flour
which we need to open.
Now the sugar...
90 gr,
Half a sachet of baking powder...
the tip of a spoon of baking soda,
and a pinch of salt.
Now we mix everything together.
We put them aside.
Now we mix butter,
the egg,
and the milk.
As first thing we melt the butter.
We weigthed the butter and now we let it melt on the stove.
In the meantime in another bowl
we add the egg
and the milk.
We melted the butter
we have a blender ready, we added egg and milk
now we can mix everything together.
Now we add the liquid part to the dry one.
Now we take some baking pans
and we grease and cover them in flour
so that the muffins won't stick.
We added butter and flour on the baking pans
Now we add the chocolate drops in the mixture
then we pour it in the baking pans.
After we filled the baking pans
we finish by adding on each of them
the pistachios
and the cane sugar.
Here they are ready fot the hoven
which we pre-heated at 180° and it must be set on static.
A quarter of an hour passed
we can get the muffins out of the hoven
in the meantime I prepared a cake stand to display them.
