It has treated us well so far. Yesterday got a little tricky, but when you're driving a
giant Mercedes, it drives like a sedan.
You don't worry about a thing.
Today's journey takes our crew through some of the most pristine landscapes in
the northern hemisphere.
We begin to feel the separation with urban life,
enjoying the sense of perspective
that comes with being so far into the wilderness. It's where you first leave the
world behind, you know.
When there's no more telephone poles.
Where you go miles and miles and miles without maybe even
seeing another vehicle. There's a
feeling that I get of freedom. Something that
brings on a peace or
calmness to you. It's a
great place to drive. It's a great place to just
leave everything behind and drive.

and don't drive it in season,
drive it off season. I'm certainly happy that I had a chance to do it again and to do it in January. Look at this!
On this remote stretch of the Alaska Highway,
