Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we'll be talking about making meatless
lasagna. And now we're going to talk about cooking our lasagna noodles for our lasagna.
To start off we're going to need six noodles, a pinch of salt, a pot with boiling water,
and a wooden spoon. Start off by first boiling the water. You're not supposed to cook pasta
unless the water's boiling, and then you want to stick the sheets in one at a time. As you
can see, we didn't have enough water in there, but a little pressure and the pasta will start
to give, not too much pressure because you don't want to break them. Then we need a pinch
of salt, it adds a little flavor to the pasta. You can also use olive oil if you want to,
or if not, the salt will work. Then you want to follow the directions on the box, about
eight or nine minutes, and there you go.
