Hey folks, Dirty Signs With Kristin! So, previously I recorded a video for the praise
"Damn, it feels good to be a gangsta," and it turns out my sentence structure was a bit more Signed English than
American Sign Language, so we're gonna do it again! So to say this, I'm gonna say "Damn, I gang person,
feel high self-esteem." So we're gonna start off with "damn." You're gonna make a D-handshape, and it's gonna slash in
front of you.
To say "I," just point to yourself.
To say "gang," we're gonna make a thumbs-up sign and it's gonna stroke your shoulder couple times. And then
to say "person," you're going to bring your hands down vertically in front of you.
So, we're saying "gang-ster" because this is an agent sign.
To say
"feel," you're gonna make, um,
this is called a 25-hand, with your middle finger down, and it's gonna come up your chest,
so "feel." And then high self-esteem. You're gonna start out with a flattened O-handshape at your chest,
and it's gonna come out into a C-handshape while you puff out your cheeks, so: [SELF-ESTEEM-inflate]
So we're gonna put that all together, and sign: [DAMN, ME GANG-PERSON]
[FEEL SELF-ESTEEM-inflate]
Cause damn, it feels good to be a gangsta. Hooray! [CLAPPING] Thanks for watching!
