Hi, I'm Terry Hunter. Thanks for joining me. You may wonder WHY the best buyers will be
SURE to participate in YOUR sale. The reason is simple.Your home will likely
be the ONLY one, of all the competing homes available, to be advertised as an AUCTION.
And, the attention-getting opening bid advertised in the MLS is SURE to catch the attention
of every REAL buyer looking for a home like yours.
In our high cost, high tech area, EVERY buyer uses the MLS to find their new home. And,
when they see your starting bid, they HAVE to come to the auction, just like my own buyers
have to when we see a super-bargain starting bid.
YOU are protected by a secret minimum reserve price, so you NEVER have to accept a low bid,
no matter WHERE we start the bidding. If a home is not selling, most traditional
real estate agents have NOTHING more they can do to generate a sale except reduce the
