Today I'm going to give you a quick tutorial on how to make a drop down list in LibreOffice Calc
and this will also work equally well in OpenOffice Calc.
So for an example I'm going to type
'I like'
and then skip a cell and then
type 'eggs and ham'.
and then the cell in the middle - I'm gonna add a drop down list. To do that i'll click
on Data
Validity
And in that drop down list I'll select 'List'
and then I'll add the values i want to allow
in this window.
So I'll put 'green'
'white'
'brown'
and just in case we have a really strange chicken, I'll put 'orange'.
and say OK.
Now we see we have a drop down list and we can choose from the list we created
and it populates the cell.
