Once you have found the video you want to use, click on the add to playlist link under the video.
You can add the entire video with the default setting of "Add All Segments."
Or you can select individual segments by holding down the Control Key and clicking on the segment with the mouse.
Then you can create a new playlist by typing in the name and clicking on the "Create New Playlist" button.
Or you can add it to an existing playlist. Find the playlist you want to add it to and then click on the "Add to Playlist" button.
It will show you once it has been added or created.
Next, we will look at the playlist tab.
Here you can view all the segements in the playlist and make any changes to it.
First, lets rename this playlist. Make sure to save this change.
You can also change the order of the segements.
You can move them up or down one position at a time. Here is where you can also delete segments that you no longer want to keep in the playlist.
Now, let's go back to the Playlist Menu.
You can email, copy, or delete a Playlist here.
You can also add this Playlist to a folder to keep the Playlists organized for faster access.
Just select the folder you want to add to and click the "Add to Folder" button.
You can have a Playlist in as many folders as you want.
To share a Playlist, you can email it or just send out the URL. Anyone can view it, even without logging in if they are off-campus
Each Playlist has their own unique URL.
