Hi I'm Karl James of Creosoul Catering and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show
you a tangy sticky chicken wing recipe. Now we're going to chop our chives and we're just
making little slices along the stocks. If you want it you can use scallions, green onions,
me just for this I just prefer the chive. They have these garlic chives there really
pretty good if you can find them, add a nice little garlicky flavor, here once again me
and garlic, anyway we're chopping our chives here and these are going to be used at the
end of our dish we're going to sprinkle on top of those tangy sticky chicken wings. At
this point if you want it you can chop up a little Serrano peppers give it a little
more heat, or use a few red chilies to give it a little more heat. But we'll finish up
with our chives here and move on to our next step
