Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx on behalf
of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. So continuing on with
our holy trinity and this is part B of part one which is still the bell pepper and this
time were using some red, a milder flavor than the green but we want those colors. This
shrimp sausage should be a little festive so just make slices length wise and turn it
and make some dices for our red. Which is all of these ingredients once again your going
to added to our mixture and set through our grinder. And gives us that red coloring once
it cuts into your sausage once it's done okay so here's the red bell pepper part B of part
one of our holy trinity the red bell pepper let's move on.
