In this episode, we're gonna be discussing the power of the law of attraction and affirmations.
Now, I only started seeing amazing results with this last year. Prior to that, affirmations
seem to suck. So what I wanna share with you in this video is the changes I made to my
affirmations that increase my success and dramatically changed my life for the better
and how you can use them in your life to get amazing results too. So make sure you stick
to the very end of this video to learn my specific method in creating powerful, lasting
change using the power of affirmations.
So before I share with you my specific method for creating lasting change using the power
of affirmations, what I wanna do with you is actually share with you a concept you need
to understand before we continue. And I would be remiss if I wouldn't share this with you.
So what Im gonna share with you now is that your mind is a glass- an empty glass in regards
to your goal. So Im not saying your dumb or anything like that, Im not insulting you..
What Im saying is that with regards to your goal your mind is empty and in order to achieve
your goal, you need to fill your glass with this idea of whatever it is that you're wanting.
So let me explain what I mean by that..
So you got your jar of water which is your affirmations - your jar of affirmations. You
got your empty mind in regards to the goal you want to manifest. So you think with your
affirmations and you are filling your mind with the affirmations and you're conditioning
your mind. You're reprogramming your mind for whatever it is that you're wanting. Let's
say it's a new car for instance. Now this work to a certain extent. But what we need
to understand is it doesnt stop there. We need to become obsessed. Have an obsession
in manifesting this goal. It's gotta become a part of you.
Having said that, you don't manifest what you want. You manifest who you are. And when
you become obsessed, it becomes a part of you. And you start to naturally invoke and
emit frequency of what you are wanting naturally without doing anything. You're actually living
on it. You're a part of it. It is you and you are it. So you must become obsessed. You
must have a crazy obsession with what you are wanting . So, most people they stop at
25%, 50% maybe some people stop at 100%! Now why would you do that? You don't want to stop
there You want to keep going. Keep on pouring until the glass is overflowing and spilling
on the counter, spilling all over the flow, spilling all over your feet. And now the water
is starting to reach your ankles, and now the water is starting to reach your knees,
and now, it's getting frightening.. It's starting to reach your waist, your chest, your shoulders..
Oh NO!! The water is filing out. It's getting into my nose.. OH NO! It's flooding me.. now
Im drowning in this affirmation. This idea of having a specific car or the perfect lover,
or the perfect health, or traveling the world, creating, designing your life, and having
your own business. Whatever it is, you've become obsessed, so obsessed that you're drowning
in it. You're overwhelmed. You can't help. You're so powerful right now. You're vibrating
with this emotion of having this business or having this lover or whatever it is that
you want. Can you see where Im going with this. That's how you want to use your affirmations.
You want to use myour affirmations where your mind is filled with this idea of having this
car. It's just an obsession. That's where you want to be at. And that's what we need
to understand about affirmations. It takes consistency of you repeating specific affirmations
over and over again. Guess what? That's boring That is very very boring and I wanna share
with you my specific method and how it dramatically changed my life for the better in regards
to affirmation and law of attraction.
STEP NUMBER 1: Step one is you need to create affirmations that are in the NOW - in the
NOW moment. Right now you already have it. And most people know this already about affirmations.
So make sure that it is in the present tense. So I have a million dollars, I have this car,
I have this lover, right now. You're acting as and saying it as writing it down as, you
have it right now.
STEP 2: is to make your affirmations positive. Your affirmations must be positive. If they
are negative, guess what, you're gonna condition your mind with a negative idea. You want to
condition your mind with a positive idea and that idea that is inspiring and motivating
and making you want to move forward and take actions. So you dont want to use an affirmation
like Im not afraid to do public speaking. Im not afraid to do public speaking. That,
we ill never want to include in your affirmations. Or the word try you want to eliminate from
your affirmations.Any negative words. Your affirmation should be powerful. Your affirmation
should be compelling. Your affirmation should be in the now. our affirmations must make
you feel that you already have it.
STEP Number 3: Your affirmations need to be clear. Your affirmations need to be concise.
Remember, your pushing something. Your overwhelming.. your brainwashing, you are brain washing your
mind for whatever it is that you're wanting. You're making it an obsession of yourself.
You don't want to put something not clear in your subconscious mind. You want to put
something that's clear and concise. You need to know what exactly it is that you want - the
exact amount of money that you want. Don't write an affirmation like "I want more money.
I want more money. I want more money" You want to write an affirmation with a specific
number that you want. The exact number that you want.. You need to know exactly what it
is that you want. Being precise and concise and specific and clear about what it is that
you want.
Step Number 4: One of the most important steps. Not the most important but one of the most
important steps that you need to take to create powerful affirmations. And that is creating
an affirmation that has action steps. Action Steps! So if you're seeing your affirmation,
if you're reading your affirmation and it is an action step that you are taking. You're
actually programming your mind. You're conditioning your mind. You're brainwashing your mind to
take action. To take action towards million dollars or manifesting a new car whatever
it is that you want. And when you condition your mind. Guess what? There's no resistance.
There's no procrastination. You take the action that you need to take in order to achieve
your goal. Let me give you a really good example. Im now taking the steps to go to the gym and
get fit. Not Im going to get fit, Im going to get fit. Im now taking the steps and you
know, seeing yourself in a gym doing the work. Taking the action. What should say in your
affirmations.. You can see how more powerful that is? Rather than just a dry affirmation
with no action step, you're planting in your mind the action steps that you are going to
take. So I am now exercising in the gym and my body is looking amazing. I look great.
Step Number 5: Add feeling, feeling to your affirmations. If you can add feeling to it,
your gonna increase the chances of your success dramatically. And let me explain what I mean
by that. I did say in the last episode that affirmation is one of the important things
that you can do but this is the MOST IMPORTANT thing that you can do. It's to add feeling
to your affirmation. So make sure you use words of feeling. Like happy, excited, confident,
over the moon, grateful, loving, all your emotional words. Include emotional words and
feeling as you say it. FEEL it in every fiber of your being. And as you do this, you actually
emitting from the heart- the heart chakra. And the heart is a lot more powerful than
the brain. The brain is a powerful emitter of certain frequencies but the heart is even
more powerful when you use the power of emotions with regards to your affirmations.
SO last and final STEP here is
STEP Number 6: Using the power of afformations. Afformations by Noah St. John.. I spoke about
this before and what it is is basically understanding that the mind cant help but answer a question.
The mind cant help it. It automatically looks for answers when you're asking specific question.
An example is Don't think of a pink elephant. Your mind can't help but think of a pink elephant.
Automatically does it. You picture it in your mind. You just see it naturally. So let me
give you an example of how I would create my afformation. Why am I a Millionaire? Add
Feeling to that. Why do I feel so amazing now that I am a millionaire? Now let's add
an action step. Why is it that I feel so amazing that I tool the steps in order to become a
millionaire. You see where Im going with this? Now, I didn't add concise. I just said Millionaire.
So now, let us say the specific number. You see where Im going with this? It's a lot more
powerful when you add all these steps. It compounds on it self and it creates a life
that you desire. And guess what, what you want to do.. You want to become obsessed with
it .. You want to make it a crazy obsession. You want to fill the glass to the top make
it overflow, fill the floor, up to your knees, over your chest, over your shoulders, over
your head, until you're overwhelmed. You're basically making it a part of you. You want
to condition this in your mind, over and over again. What you can do is actually set an
alarm, every hour to go off on your phone or something just to remind you to give you
affirmations or maybe 2 or 3 minutes every hour just to drum it in to your mind to have
this car, generate this feeling. Generate your emotion and I guarantee, you'll start
to condition your mind. It's taking the necessary action in order to manifest your desire..
So I want to share with you one of my affirmations which I wrote recently. Why am I feeling like
a powerful king now that I have transformed one million lives through my voice and vast
knowledge of tapping in to your greatness.

condition your mind for amazing success.
