On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain of Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today
we're showing you a quick and easy Mexican recipe. Today I'm going to be making guacamole
now we're going to mash the avocados you can use a potato masher a knife a fork a spoon
I'm just using a spoon and we're going to just mashed it until it's not super fine or
pasty but enough to where we don't have to do much of it as we add the rest of the ingredients.
Also what I like to do is because avocados oxidate to really quickly there are a couple
of tricks and I didn't save the pits for this one. But one of the tricks to keep it from
preventing to turning brown is to leave the pit inside of the avocado and the for some
reason not sure why but it prevents it from oxidizing.
