Hello, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village here is my recipe for Amy’s
Easy Bean Dip. Okay, so just to recap this is a very simple bean dip, that’s why I
call it Amy’s Easy Bean Dip. You start with pinto beans, you mash them up, you add parsley
or cilantro, oil, vinegar and garlic. And that’s just the base, so by itself; it’s
a perfect bean dip. If you want to add to it, you can add hot sauce, you can add flax
seed, and you can add whatever suits your palette that’s going to dress it up for
you. Whenever we serve it we can add a little bit of cheddar cheese and you can melt it
and it turns into this gooey deliciousness. And also chop up a tomato, again for color
and it just tastes perfect, a nice balance. So we are ready to serve our bean dip. Let’s
get spreading. So we’ve made our bean dip successfully, dressed it up, it’s delicious,
now what are we going to serve it with? I love just regular nachos, as long as they’re
not too salty, or they’ll overpower the bean dip. Um, if I’m going to keep it healthful,
because this is a low fat dip remember, so don’t feel guilty about eating this. I like
to use a multi-grain crisp bread, um it’s like super healthy cracker, get a little bit
of cheese and tomato on there, this is going to be so good and this is a great snack. Great
for NFL Sunday or College football on Saturday or a great late night snack. Yum, um, um,
um, it’s a brilliant right now snack. So get going, make your bean dip, and enjoy and
again, don’t feel guilty, this is totally healthy. Bon Appetite.
