Hi, I'm going to be doing a Fallout New Vegas tag now.
I've always wanted to do one but I guess, I was just too lazy. I wrote down some questions.
And then I came across a Fallout 3 tag on Youtube.
From LaurenIsTheWizard.
And I-it made me, motivate me to hurry up and do mine. So, here it is:
The first questions is, "Do you have a male or female character? What is their fashion style and personality?"
I have both a male and female character.
Well, I have three. So I have two females and one male.
The first one, of any game, I always make it a female, if I can. And i always try to be the good hero.
I gave her high intelligence and I make her wear the Merc Charmer outfit.
That looks like this:
Of course I only make her wear it after I leveled her up a good amount.
And I also make her wear on the head, is the Long Slave Scarf.
That's the style she wears.
I named her Autotext. And make her get the Yes Man and the NCR ending.
And she's good with all guns.
And my male character, I make him a evil one, and I made him with low intelligence and put it on hard-core mode.
So its even harder; a evil person and you have low intelligence because when you have low intelligence, you only get the few little points to put on your skills.
Make him wear the Leather Armor Reinforced and the dog helmet, some of The Legion wears.
And I named him Tory.
Of course he'd be siding with The Legion.
Or Tory will just kill everyone and he'll just have to use Yes Man.
And I made a third person for someone who's not good but not evil. Does stuff for money.
So I made it seem like she does what she can to survive.
Which I think any normal person would do that. I don't think anyone would do stuff for free.
Have her wearing this:
It's a mod, mod armor.
On the head I just-I think it's also a mod so it doesn't make you bald.
It's just this modified in-game thing that you get from a...The Old World Blues DLC.
And this is all that I'm wearing.
This character's already all leveled up. But at first I had her really good with melee weapons and unarmed
She has high prospective, so she can tell when someone is lying in a dialogue.
And she can sense far away, so I don't need ED-E.
Oh yeah, and I named her Sanjiyan from this anime called, 3x3 Eyes.
And I make her side with Mr. House because his robot saved her. I try to make it seem to go with their personalities.
Like, "what would they do in that situation?"
It's more fun that way, when I play like that.
Questions two is, does my character take drugs?
The good one doesn't but the other two do because you get like an endurance for it if you take so many.
And over time you get this little achievement in the game and points to help you level up.
Questions three is, what are my favorite weapons in the game?
I really like the Pew Pew weapon. The energy weapon that's really powerful and I love how it's limited to only two shots then you have to reload.
I love that weapon out of all the others.
Next I really like the Scout Rifle you get at the Sniper's Nest. I love how it looks and...I like that one.
And I really like the Love and Hate you get for the unarmed.
I always try to get on early on. Even though there's tough enemies along the way, I still try to get it.
And I really like the Katana for the melee weapons.
Questions four is, What are my top three favorite perks in the game?
I always get the Black Widow/Confirmed Bachelor in my games so it give you extra hit points for all male enemies.
Since there's more male enemies than there are female, that's a really good one to get.
And second one is, The Blood Mess perk.
I love the Bloody Mess perk.
It gives you extra hit points with all weapons.
The main reason is, I like my enemies exploding.
Third...top favorite perk of mine is would be the light travel, the traveling light perk.
Makes you run faster if you're wearing light armor or no armor.
Like if, I haven't discovered a location yet, I have to run there. I want to be able to get there as quick as I can.
Or if there's an enemy that I'm fighting and it gets scared and runs away, I want to hurry up and go after it.
Question Five is, Do I think the Pip-Boy opens up somehow or its a slip-on?
I think it opens up somehow. Like, either with some type of tool it needs or it has like a button somewhere that, it opens...then it clamps closed.
That's just what I think.
Number six is, what is my favorite quest?
I really like the quests that don't have a marker pointing to it.
So, it's not so easy like, "Go here. Go there." You know where to go and know where to look.
I like the ones where it's not marked.
So that's...it's more challenging that way. So I guess, most favorite one of that (unmarked quests) would be Legend of the Star.
I really like that quest.
That's good if it just points you to a location but if it points you to every detail, where the keys are, where the enemies are...
...that's when it gets kinda boring.
You don't even have to try-you don't even have to listen to the person talk. You can just run right though what they're saying and just go where the marker is.
So if it can just point to the location you need to go, that's okay. But not point to every single detail.
Questions seven is, who is my favorite companions? And do I like that they can be upgraded later on, like during the travels when they get to know me more.
And you unlock, companion points.
Or would I rather them be fully upgraded from the start?
I really like ED-E from The Lonesome Road.
The robot there, I like how, more personality he has.
And I really like Christine from Dead Money.
I love how you can upgrade them later by getting...friendship points, I guess.
That you can unlock if you do stuff that they like.
And get the to open up to you.
One quest to get them to come with you and quest to upgrade them. I like that.
I know how in Fallout 3, you just have that one quest to get them to come with you or that one little requirement.
And then, that's it. You don't really get to know more about them. It's just that few questions and that's it.
Question eight is, what ending did I get first?
Would be the NCR ending.
And question nine is, Which ending did I get last? And that'd be Mr. House.
Question ten is, what systems did I use to play Fallout New Vegas on?
And if it was the pc version...did I use more mods or cheats?
I got a PS3 version and a pc version.
The PS3 version first. And then I got the pc version because I wanted more hair styles for my courier.
And I saw so many cute outfits for the female.
And I use more mods than I do cheats.
The only cheats I ever used in the game was to unlock stuff if I didn't have the skills for yet.
Probably use more cheats later on but so far, I didn't really need them.
Question eleven is, What is my favorite vault?
I guess it would be Vault three, the one with so many Fiends. I like killing Fiends.
I guess also it's my favorite because it's the easiest to navigate through.
I like vaults that are nice and neat.
I hate the ones that are just flooded with radiation.
Question twelve is, do I watch walkthroughs or reviews on Fallout? Who do I watch?
Yes, I do watch them. I watch Alchestbreach.
But it's mostly just for entertainment because I like his sense of humor.
I don't really watch it to see what mods I want.
There's been a couple of times, I like the armor he has for his male courier.
So I'll go and download that mod for it.
The first one I ever watched of his videos was the gnomes-like the video where he has to find the gnomes.
It was really funny. Me and my husband laughed at it.
Yeah, that's who I watch. I watch him the most, all the time, Alchestbreach.
Yeah. So now he can pretty much play anything and I'll watch it for entertainment.
Questions thirteen is, do I miss fighting the Enclave?
Yeah, the more enemies. the better.
Question fourteen is, would I like to start the game as a Ghoul or a Super Mutant?
Yeah, I would just like to try them out and see how the characters, in the game, reacts to them. And how they talk-how they talk to them.
Plus they would be resistant to radiation.
Question fifteenth is, what is my favorite DLC?
I love Dead Money. I love how it was really hard.
He took all your stuff away, and you had to collect everything that you can find around there.
For like, to heal yourself and to use as a weapon.
It was really fun, I liked that.
Other people didn't but...that's them.
Other DLCs for me were just way too easy.
For the Burned Man one, I like the environment for that one.
Really had fun talking to the female companion you can get.
It was really fun talking to her and trying to communicate with her.
You need a high perspective and intelligence to talk to her.
Because she doesn't talk so she uses her hands and everything.
Questions sixteen is, which enemies did I run into a lot while playing Fallout New Vegas?
The Legion. The Legion I would always run into.
And if I was playing as my evil character and when I killed everyone, The Legion would still show up more than the NCR would for me.
Question seventeen is, do I like having a open or unknown background for my courier?
No, not really. That's what I love about Fallout 3. You get to see your background.
And you get to grow up and pick your personality.
At lest the courier doesn't have amnesia. I don't like that.
I didn't like how it was like that for-I don't know how Skyrim is but that's how Oblivion was.
You didn't know why you were in jail.
Question eighteen is, do you like having an option to play hard-core mode?
Yes, I love having options in a game to-how to play it.
The options the game gives me, the happier I'll be.
Fallout 3 didn't give you no option, so it's like- the food was kinda pointless.
And your companions just-if they die, they die forever.
With Dogmeat, I had to constantly reload because-he is so weak...
In the normal mode, they don't die. They just get unconscious.
And when I do want a challenge, I'll play hard-core mode. Like I did for my evil character.
I'll play them both. I just don't like when they-no don't have no option. You just have to play it this way.
Kinda like, "I wounder how it would have been if I can have the option to do this or that." So, I like how it gave me options.
Question nineteen is, did I get the wild wasteland?
Yes, I got it for the female characters, for Autotext and Sanjiyan.
I don't know. I made it seem like, the smarter you are, the more creepy stuff you'll see.
Questions twenty is, what location do I think would be a good setting for the next Fallout game?
Seeing a all snowy place would be kinda cool.
Or a very sandy place, like-not dirt but sandy. Like, hills of sand.
Question twenty one is, did you watch Fallout Nuka-Break?
Yes, I watched it and it's really good and interesting and I can't wait for the next part.
The last questions is, is there anything I would have liked them to add in the Fallout New Vegas game?
I would have really liked if there was a lot more quests for The Legion as there is for NCR.
And if there was a Legion companion or a Fiend companion, like from the Fiends.
And if there was an option to join the Fiends.
If the game could ask you, "do you want the marker pointing to your destination or do you want to try finding it on your own?"
I would like some-sometimes I would like to turn that off.
