First step to the high throws is with two balls. And first of all we have to practice
a little bit the normal throws and the normal high. So what is important is that we catch
the balls with the fingers and not with the palm. So not like that, but like that, using
the fingers. And the normal throw is something, the throw, at the eye level. So, I practice,
the throw with two hands, and then two balls at the same time. What is important is that
the balls are going to the same level each time and the two balls are going together.
Like that. And as you can see, I use mostly my lower arm and my shoulder and my upper
arm is just relaxed. And this way I really can give a good direction to my balls.
