Next, I'm going to add the sesame seeds; a quarter of a cup. A quarter of a cup is also
the same as four tablespoons. Two, three, and four - mix that in. One cup of oats; these
aren't those quick cook oats; these are the real thing - the long cooking oats. Now, based
on the consistency you'll be able to tell; this is a little bit too soft. The amount
of flour that you add - oh, I should mention not only is this sugar-free, salt-free, it's
also gluten-free because I'm not using wheat flour for this; I'm going to be using an unbleached
spelt flour. I'm going to add - as I see that I need to - I'm going to start with a tablespoon
of it just to get the consistency, to get it more consistent. Perhaps a little counter-intuitively,
I'm going to add a little water just because the combination of the water, and the flour,
and the oats - even without actually cooking it, it softens the oats just to have a little
bit of water in there. If I need to add a little bit more flour, I will do so and then
we'll be ready to roll them out.
