Maria: Howdy partner. It's Maria Bailey of MomTV and I'm here with Amy of ResourcefulMommy.com.
Maria: The two of us have been on an Adventures by Disney trip and Amy, this is my second one, but you are just like, you love going to Walt Disney World. You believe in those vacations. You love them. How did this compare?
Amy: It was interesting, because we still felt Disney's presence in everything that we were doing. Even finding hidden Mickey's along the way that the elk dropped for us.
Amy: It's just the feel, the Disney feel where you know you're being taken care of and you know your kids are going to have fun. We felt that the entire time.
Maria: Didn't you feel like it was ok for the guides to take your children, because you knew they weren't going to disappear? Amy: Yes, it was not only ok, it was fantastic!
Maria: And I know that we both enjoy, you had your husband, I didn't have my husband, but you have enough alone time too. Amy: Yes.
Maria: Which you don't normally get sometimes in the parks. Amy: No, exactly. In fact, we just this last time that we went to Walt Disney World, we just for the first time used the Kid's Club.
Amy: And went and had a meal. This was very different, because there the kids were confined to that space, which was great, but here we felt like they could go off and play outside and they could hang out with the guides, and we could just do our own thing
Maria: Right. Well, we're at the Brooks Lake Lodge, and as you can see there's lots of games going on in the background. What was your favorite part?
Amy: Horseback riding. I loved that! Maria: I'm not a horse person. Amy: Oh, I didn't think I was either, but it was amazing!
Amy: But it wasn't just because I enjoyed it, it was because I saw my eight year old daughter enjoying it, and she wasn't scared, even though a lot of the grown ups were a little nervous.
Maria: I loved watching your daughter's face, like just recounting the whole. I mean both of your kids and I mean you had an eight year old, I had a thirteen year old and every single child was entertained.
Amy: Oh absolutely, yeah I think the youngest was five up to fourteen and everybody had fun.
Maria: So www.adventuresbydisney.com. Check it out. We've got two thumbs up, right? Amy: Yep!
Maria: Two thumbs up from Amy and Maria! See you later guys!
