Destiny: Oh, wow. Martin: Now, where is that one?
Destiny: Everywhere. It's working predominantly in my midsection, in the middle of my abs
and my upper body or my upper abdomen. It's where I'm feeling it too. If you want to go
ahead and put a little more work into it, you can put your arms out straighter and still
bring your elbows to your knees. You're going to go ahead and bend back, pull some resistance
tight on the bands. I'm shaking just sitting. You're just going to go ahead. I mean you
don't have to do a whole lot of movement, not a whole lot of rotation, but you're just
going to go ahead and touch your elbow to your knees really lightly. I mean it feels
right. Bring your legs up. Shake, shake, shake. Pull them tight.
You want to make sure to flex your core yourself as well so you get your maximum work out there.
You have to be careful that you didn't just do what I did. Hold your neck up to watch
everything because it does put extra strain on you. I feel it the most right in here,
like right upper abs, definitely. If you want a little more workout, make sure your bands
are good and tight and pick up your legs if you would like to, so you can incorporate
both the bands here. Go and pick up your legs and put them on a 90-degree angle and then
do it, and that's when you get the most workout from this.
You not only feel it in your biceps, but you also feel it in your upper abs and not as
much in your lower abs. If you are wanting to get more of a workout in your lower abs,
you can go ahead and pull your bands. Even if you just want to keep your elbows down
here and you're going to pull your bands up, so you're still working your arms while you're
working your abs. It cuts down on time for you and you're going to go ahead and pull
them up like this, and then your knees up. You definitely feel it all throughout your
abs when you did this one. You're still getting good workout on the outside of your arms and
you're getting a good workout in your core and you can still feel it in your thighs as
well. I mean you're really just toning up everything, but predominantly, your abs. I
love this one. ??
